Onion Ginger chutney


Ingredients:
  
   Big sized onions - 2
   Medium sized tomatoes - 2
   Ginger - 2 inches
   Salt - As required
   Mustard 
   Curry leaves
   Asofodita - 1/2 tsp
  Green chilis - 8 ( It can be varied as per the taste )
Procedure:

Fry oninos, tomato, ginger and green chillis one by one in the pan and blend it to a smooth paste.  Then sputter the mixture with mustard, curryleaves and asofodita.  Now the chutney is ready to serve.

 100g of Ginger contains the following nutritional information according to the USDA

  • Calories : 80
  • Fat: 0.75
  • Carbohydrates: 17.77
  • Fibers: 2
  • Protein: 1.82       
  • Cholesterol: 0                                                                                                                                   Some studies indicate ginger may provide short-term relief of pregnancy-related nausea and vomiting.  Studies are inconclusive about effects for other forms of nausea or in treating pain from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, or joint and muscle injury.
