Kerala Special Aviyal


Kerala Special Aviyal


Ingredients:

   Carrot - 2
   Beans - 5
   Medium sized brinjal - 2
   Drumstick - 1
   Bottle gourd - 1/2 cup
   Curd - 2 cups
   Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
   Jeera - 1 tablespoon
   Grated coconut - 5 tablespoons
   Green chilis - 6
   Water - 2 cups


Procedure:

   Chop all vegetables and place it in the bowl.
   Add turmeric powder and salt to the bowl.
   Pour water to it and allow it get cooked.
   Half of the water inside the bowl has to be evaporated 
   In that stage,add blended  jeera,grated coconut and green chilis to the bowl.
   Allow the mixture to get cooked.
   Take another pan,add coconut oil.Once it is heated,add mustard,curry leaves to it.Once it sputters,add  this mixture to the bowl.
   Allow the mixture in the bowl to get cooked.
   Once it is cooked,turn off the stove and add 2 cups of curd to it and serve it.


Mouthwatering feral Special Aviyal is ready!
