Pesaratu

Pesaratu (Green gram dosa)



Ingredients:


 Green gram - 1 cup
 Rice - 1 spoon
 Green chilis - 4
 Ginger - 2 inches
 Curry leaves - 1 spoon







Procedure:


  Grind the above ingredients in the mixer and add salt to the dough as required.Prepare dosa with the dough and serve it with onion chutney
