Prawn Vindhalu


Prawn Vindhalu

Ingredients:

   Prawn - 1/2 kg
   Eggs - 4(boiled)
   Big onion - 3 chopped
   Tomatoes - 4 chopped
   Jeera - 2 tablespoons
   Ginger - 3 inches
   Garlic - 10
   Oil - 4 tablespoons
   Chili powder - 11/2 spoon
   Coriander powder - 3/4 spoon
   Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
   Vinegar - 1 spoon
   Salt - As required

Blend process:

    Blend ginger,garlic and jeera in the mixer.


Procedure:

     Pour some oil in the pan and place it on the stove.
     Add onions to the pan and stir it till turns to pinkish colour
     Once onions are cooked,add tomatoes and ginger+garlic+Jeera paste.
     Jeera paste has to be cooked until jeera looses its raw smell.
     Add prawns and fry for few minutes
     Once prawns are half cooked , add 3 cups of water (make sure that the gravy is concentrated)
     Add boiled eggs and a spoon of vinegar to the gravy and wait till oil oozes out.
     Garnish it with coriander.


Vindhalu is ready to serve!
