Arakeerai Chapathi


Arakeerai Chapathi



Ingredients:


   Wheat flour - 2 cups
   Arakeerai - 1 cup
   Warm Water
   Oil
   Grated coconut - 1/2 cup     
   Onions - 2 chopped
   
   







Procedure:

    Add onions to the pan which has oil in it
    Once onions are fried,add green(arakeerai),salt.
    Greens should be placed in the stove till it is cooked
    Add grated coconut to the cooked mixture.
    Mix this mixture to the wheat flour which is taken in the separate bowl.
    Add required warm water,oil and grated coconut to the wheat flour and prepare dough.
    After half an hour,chapathi's can be made with the dough.


Note: We can substitute any green varieties with Arakeerai.
